I had heard great things about their tuna bagel, so I was curious and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. There was so much mayonnaise that I could barely taste the tuna. The food was simply not what I expected based on the recommendations I had heard. Unfortunately, the customer service experience made things even worse. When I walked in, the cashier who took my order was very unfriendly and spoke to me in a rude manner, which made the ordering experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. I also didn’t know that if you ordered your food to go, you weren’t supposed to sit inside and eat it. An older woman, who I believe may have been the owner, told me rather harshly that I couldn’t sit there because I had ordered takeout. I apologized and explained that I didn’t know, but after that I felt very uncomfortable because she continued giving me unfriendly looks. At that point, the whole experience completely ruined my appetite. While I was there, I also noticed significant cleanliness issues. The kitchen floor looked very dirty, the floors in general did not look clean, and the vents where the air conditioning was blowing appeared to be covered in dust

“Summer Promotions, all bagels $1” I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the man said it’s not $1 because I ordered a “sandwich” so basically because I want cream cheese (which their menu says add cream cheese for $1.20) I’m now paying $4.79 during the the summer promotion because I wanted cream cheese. MIND YOU IT WAS AT 2:15 so 15 minutes before closing time! TOTAL RIP OFF AND the customer service was not good at all to put a cherry on top. While he was STUFFING HIS FACE WITH A BAGEL (wonder if it was $1 🤔) Response was “it’s a sandwich and we don’t make up the prices!” Last time I will ever walk in there! Be careful with their “promotions” cause you’ll just get screwed over anyway!

I have been a regular customer for over twenty years. No more. Tried to order my favorite turkey off the frame and was told it is processed turkey. Ordered an old favorite three scopes salads of your choice. I ordered tuna, whitefish and smoked salmon. The scopes were less than a teaspoon. You may be saving money but you just lost a loyal customer. I will drive across town to Flakowitz.

Great bagel shop in boca! Plenty of seats for dining inside and outside. Great bagels. Always super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Ordering take out from this place is always such a disappointment. When you go in person everything is so fresh and beautiful but when you order take out they just throw whatever they can find on the plate as if they are annoyed that you are ordering take out. The first time I did they sent me a bacon egg and cheese bagel with only one piece of the bagel so really it was an open faced sandwich EVEN AFTER I CALLED THEM TO ENSURE THERE WOULD BE NO MISTAKES. NOW, I just ordered again to see if maybe that was just a rushed day and they might’ve just forgotten and they just sent me a bunch of burn French fried with everything bagels that have nothing on them so more like “nothing bagels”. I asked for my eggs over medium they made it over hard and they added more than the requested bacon so now it’s just a bacon bagel with burnt French fries. I put explicit and CAPITALIZED words with clear instructions and they still couldn’t follow them. To the business and the staff, if you do not care for having the presentation on take out dishes be the same as your dishes in home PULL your business out of the delivery services where you have made it available that way people know this is the kind o
